Tailored Ordering

From the minute a customer logs into our software, Yarra Valley Farms' focus around tailored ordering is clear. Presented with their individual tailored ordering form, customers can easily create or add to future orders without needing to flick through a mountain of products that they do not care for.

This also gives the opportunity for chefs to update the tailored order forms with new products and new information if they found it easier to do rather than asking their franchisee.

Invoices

If an invoice is lost or if the accounts people need another copy, it is no problem. Forget about calling and requesting copies of lost invoices, simply log on and print it. Yarra Valley Farms' Internet software tracks all historic invoices in date order so you can easily reference back to any invoice you want.
